Vietnam promotes its cultural quintessence and tourism in Poland. Within the framework of Vietnamese Culture – Tourism Week in Poland, the art program ‘The Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture’ brings an emotional artistic space.
The art program “ The Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture “ is meticulously staged by artists of the Vietnam Dance and Music Theatre.
On the evening of June 23 (local time), within the framework of the Vietnam Cultural and Tourism Week in Poland, the art program “ The Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture ” successfully took place at the Polski Theater in the capital city of Warsaw.

He also expressed the deep gratitude of the Vietnamese people for the valuable assistance from Poland during the years of struggle for independence as well as in the nation-building process. Over 75 years, the Vietnam – Poland relationship has always developed steadily based on trust and sharing.
In the field of culture and art, Poland has provided substantial support to Vietnam, especially in training efforts. Many generations of Vietnamese artists, musicians, painters, and architects have studied at prestigious art training institutions in Poland.
The professional values and artistic spirit that they absorbed from the scholarly culture, discipline, and creativity of Poland have played an important role in the formation and development of modern art in Vietnam today,” emphasized Deputy Minister Ho An Phong.
Architect Kazimierz Kwiatkowski (Kazik) – who has been connected with the heritage of Hoi An, My Son, and Hue is also mentioned as an emotional symbol of friendship. From heritage to art, from people to tourism, Vietnam and Poland have together written new humanistic chapters in their bilateral relations.

The program “ The Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture “ performed by artists from the Vietnam Opera, Dance and Music Theatre is elaborately staged and rich in cultural identity. Performances such as the dance ‘Colors of the Ancient Capital’, the solo on the monochord ‘Homeland of Three Regions’, or the combination of modern Xẩm singing in the piece ‘Four Seasons of Flowers’ vividly depict a traditional and modern Vietnam, leaving a deep impression on the Polish audience.
The cultural intersection of the two countries is subtly reflected through bilingual music performances. The instrumental piece “Niech żyje bal” resonates through traditional Vietnamese instruments; the Polish folk melodies such as “Szła dzieweczka” and “Czerwone Jagody” are performed by Vietnamese artists with sincere emotion, creating a unique blend between the two artistic traditions. The finale “A Circle of Vietnam – Niech żyje bal” stands as a vivid testament to the music’s ability to connect across borders, evoking deep human values between the peoples of the two countries.

In the context of Vietnam officially unilaterally visa-free for Polish citizens from the beginning of 2025, along with the strong recovery of the tourism and cultural exchange sectors, this event is seen as a kickstart for deeper cooperation in the future, especially in the fields of creativity, digital transformation, technology, and culture.
