Vietnam Military History Museum: the ‘Red address’ connecting the glorious past with the pulse of the era
In the heart of Hanoi, the Vietnam Military History Museum is not only a massive architectural work but has also become a living ‘school’ of history, where the glorious past is recounted in the language of the present, awakening national pride in the heart of every Vietnamese person.

A vivid chronicle through each remnant, relics
With a total area of more than 74 hectares, the Vietnam Military History Museum is a special-level project, gathering thousands of valuable documents and relics and remnant, becoming a “living chronicle” of the struggle for national liberation and the defense of the Fatherland.
Stepping into the museum space, visitors feel as if they are immersed in a vividly flowing stream of history. The shift from traditional displays to multi-sensory interactive experiences is an impressive breakthrough, thanks to the support of 3D mapping technology, virtual reality (VR), and modern documentary film systems. History is no longer just static pages in a book but becomes a ‘speaking’ entity. Here, viewers not only see the displayed relics but also feel as if they are standing amid the vibrant atmosphere of the afternoon of April 30, 1975, when tank 843 crashed through the gates of the Independence Palace; or sense the heroic feats of MiG-21 number 4324 with its 14 red stars—a powerful testament to the bravery of the Vietnam Air Force. From the scene of 60 decisive days and nights defending the capital in the winter of 1946, the magnificent Bach Dang stake formations in 938, to the legendary Truong Son Road, all are authentically recreated, taking viewers back in time to the glorious achievements of the nation.
